Shipping Information: Orders are usually processed and shipped within one week. Shipping costs are billed at actual cost. We ship via Fedex unless the item is small and then we use US Postal Service. If you wish for us to use the Post office, let us know. Foreign orders will have the shipping charges charged to your credit card for what the US Post office charges for Priority mail International. We are a small one man operation and sometimes we get behind on shipping. Please have patience if this is the case, you will receive your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Refunds are gladly given when the merchandise is returned in the same condition as shipped within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are only for the original cost of the merchandise (shipping not included) unless the merchandise is defective. Exchanges for different sizes are always accepted. Please call before sending the merchandise back to insure size availability. Orders may be cancelled up to time of shipment. After shipment, the merchandise must be returned.
