Shipping Information: Orders are usually processed and shipped within one week. Shipping costs are billed at actual cost plus a $2.00 packing fee. We ship via Fedex unless the item is small and then we use US Postal Service. If you wish for us to use the Post office, let us know. Foreign shipments must be quoted for shipping rates.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Refunds are gladly given when the merchandise is returned in the same condition as shipped within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are only for the original cost of the merchandise (shipping not included) unless the merchandise is defective. Exchanges for different sizes are always accepted. Please call before sending the merchandise back to insure size availability. Orders may be cancelled up to time of shipment. After shipment, the merchandise must be returned.
